? Senior Associate, Social

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Social with experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing agencies to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across leading social platforms.
In this role, you'll oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns for integral clients.

⭐ Responsibilities
• Execute, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve performance objectives and maximize results.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and platform data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
• Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support campaign billing, reconciliation processes, and financial tracking.




• Ensure quality assurance across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and delivered on time.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid social capabilities.

? Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably within a media, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms is preferred: TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Experience supporting campaign billing and reconciliation processes is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2+ or higher).
