? We’re Hiring | Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance & Accounting team.

? What will be your challenge?
You will be responsible for supporting and executing accounting and treasury processes, ensuring the proper management of financial records, reconciliations, payments, and supporting documentation.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Process and record invoices.
• Reconcile withholding tax certificates.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform accounts receivable portfolio reconciliations.
• Upload payments to banking platforms.
• Generate RADIAN events.
• Prepare supporting documents for transactions with non-obligated parties to issue invoices.
• Support payroll accounting processes.

? What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or currently in the final semesters of the degree.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Analyst, or in similar roles.




• Experience in treasury activities, particularly payment and income control.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Colombian withholding tax system, including VAT, income tax, ICA, and SIMPLE regime.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus.
