We’re Hiring: Bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator | Confidential Search
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple customer orders at the same time?
We are conducting a confidential search for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to support the administrative and operational stages of the sales process for residential projects. This role will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure that customer orders are properly documented, paid, tracked, and ready for delivery.

What You’ll Do
• Track open sales orders and ensure timely internal follow-up.
• Coordinate customer approvals, documentation, and outstanding payments.
• Communicate order updates, inventory availability, estimated arrival dates, and backorder information.
• Support customers with questions related to pricing, availability, documentation, and order status.
• Keep Sales Representatives informed so they can focus on customer relationships and business development.
• Coordinate changes in project timelines with internal teams.




• Help resolve order discrepancies before products are scheduled for delivery.
• Prepare and distribute sales and order-status reports.
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and reducing order-processing errors.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or customer service.
• Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Clear and professional customer communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

? Location requirement: Candidates must be currently based in one of the following Latin American countries: Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, or Guatemala.
