Role Description This is a part-time, remote Fragrance Sales Development role focused on supporting the growth of fragrance brands within the Slate Brands portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts, as well as supporting the execution of fragrance sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports and presentations,



and collaborating with marketing and brand teams to align messaging and launch strategies. The Fragrance Sales Development team member will also support competitive research, identify new fragrance market opportunities, and assist in developing sales tools and training materials.
Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills with the ability to prospect, build relationships, and support account management in the beauty or fragrance industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and comfort speaking with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical and research abilities to interpret sales data, monitor market trends, and provide actionable insights for fragrance category growth.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, part-time environment.
