Do you know when AI makes a video better, and when it makes it worse? We’re looking for an AI Video Producer to join Sourcy’s marketing team and build the way we make video: real footage, sharp editing and generative AI working together, without the seams showing (unless we want them to).
If you can take raw footage and a few prompts and turn them into something people actually watch until the end, we want to see your work.

What You’ll Do
• Edit and post-produce long-form content (YouTube episodes, webinars, product videos): structure, pacing, b-roll, motion graphics, color, audio and English subtitles.
• Turn long-form pieces into native short-form for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, designing the hook for each platform instead of just trimming.
• Generate and integrate AI assets (scenes, b-roll, images, synthetic voices and avatars) and keep our synthetic brand characters consistent from piece to piece.
• Produce product demos and campaign videos for Blueprint, Agency Nexus, Custom AI Agents and other Sourcy products.




• Test new video and AI tools every month and tell us which ones belong in the workflow and which don’t.
• Document your process so the system works even when you’re not in the room.

What You Bring
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in video editing and post-production, including at least 1 year using generative AI for video or image in real projects.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus hands-on work with tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Midjourney, HeyGen or ElevenLabs. You can explain your prompts, not just show the results.
• Portfolio (required): One long-form piece (3+ minutes), three short-form pieces, and at least one piece that mixes AI-generated assets with recorded footage.
• Education: Degree in Film, Audiovisual Communication, Design, Animation, Digital Arts or Advertising, or an equivalent track record backed by your portfolio.
• Language: English B2 or higher, enough to edit dialogue, write subtit
