At Vesta Softwaregroup LATAM, we're looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team

? What You'll Do
• Provide 2nd Line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Support and guide the 1st Line Support team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Active Directory, VPNs, and other IT services.
• Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and IT asset management.
• Document incidents, solutions, and IT processes.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and IT infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams across different companies within the group.

? What We're Looking For




• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of Windows, networking, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Mac and Linux environments is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

✨ Nice to Have
• IT certifications.
• Experience with Windows Server, cloud services, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus solutions, and VoIP systems.
