Compensation: COP $4,000,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment of professionals for U.S.-based clients. This position is adecuado for a Psychologist with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or selection and advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments in English and Spanish.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Present qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Meet recruitment deadlines and KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Selection.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
- Experience conducting interviews and candidate screenings.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
