About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Program & Community Content Coordinator to support daily community operations, customer communication, and content posting. This role combines virtual assistance, community support, and light social media coordination. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer and community inquiries in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
• Manage and respond to emails efficiently using Outlook
• Post job updates, announcements, and community content across platforms
• Support affiliates by answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
• Assist with daily community management, including member support and engagement
• Write and publish UGC-style posts and basic social media content
• Assist with TikTok and Instagram posting (reels, stories, carousels, and posts)




• Upload and organize content using tools such as Canva, Beacons, or Stan
• Research trending products and social media trends to support content creation
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership throughout the day
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes

Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• At least 2 years of experience working with US-based clients or companies
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Support, or Customer Service role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Outlook and email management
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram
• Basic content creation skills using Canva or similar tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Reliable and consistently available during EST business hours.
