About the Role

The Data Entry Team Lead is responsible for accurately reviewing, validating, and entering claims-related information into company systems. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Claims Department by ensuring data integrity, maintaining quality standards, and processing claim documentation efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized,



and capable of managing high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Responsibilities

Claims Data Processing

• Review and validate incoming claims documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter claim information into internal systems following established procedures and quality standards.
• Register policyholder and provider information, including banking and payment details when applicable.
• Assign claim numbers and ensure proper classification of documentation.
• Process and update claim records accurately and within established service levels.

Data Quality & Verification

• Verify information received through email, portals, and other communication channels.
• Identify potential duplicate claims and prevent duplicate data entry.
• Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.
