The Role:
We're seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role is designed for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who can manage and optimize a Shopify-based e-commerce platform while supporting the day-to-day digital operations of a boutique. You'll play a key role in maintaining the front-end and back-end of the website, supporting a consistent online customer experience, improving the organization, functionality, and performance of the e-commerce operation, managing and updating website content, navigation, imagery, and product information,



optimizing product pages and metadata for search visibility, uploading and maintaining product and inventory information within Shopify, monitoring and responding to online customer inquiries, supporting lead-generation and digital marketing initiatives, assisting with website-related campaigns and promotions, and taking proactive ownership of website cleanup, ongoing maintenance, and performance improvements — independently identifying opportunities to strengthen the company's digital presence and increase website traffic and conversion.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Intermediate-Advanced English (B1+ - B2).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 6 PM PST.
Contract: Full-Time - Colombia.
Salary: $5'250.000 COP
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field.
