The RoleWe are seeking a self-starting, results-driven Project Manager to act as the quarterback of our client's operations team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with clients, installation partners, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to deliver connected hardware deployments on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. You will be the central point of accountability and communication — ensuring every stakeholder is aligned,



every task is tracked, and every project closes successfully.

Responsibilities:• Quarterback of Delivery: Coordinate across clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success, keeping all stakeholders aligned and accountable.
• Ownership & Urgency: Drive projects forward with urgency and discipline, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide proactive, transparent updates — good or bad — with weekly client updates and regular internal reporting.
• Project Management Discipline: Log daily updates in Enertiv’s project management software to ensure full visibility and eliminate surprises.
• Transparency & Systems Mindset: Operate with full transparency, using systems and tools to create leverage, scale faster, and raise standards.
• Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Always look for ways to do more with less by streamlining work
