Role Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Docketing Specialist to manage litigation deadlines, maintain case calendars, and monitor court dockets for California personal injury and lemon law cases. The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience in legal calendaring, deadline calculation, and court monitoring, with strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Calculate and verify legal deadlines based on court filings, notices, and orders.
• Maintain master calendars for hearings, filing deadlines, and other case-related dates.
• Monitor court dockets for new filings, orders, and scheduling changes.
• Update case management systems and promptly communicate urgent deadlines or changes to the legal team.

Requirements
• Experience in California personal injury or lemon law litigation.
• Hands-on legal docketing, deadline calculation, and calendaring experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Experience with Filevine or HubSpot is preferred.
• Available to work full-time, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time.
