We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and turn complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights that drive growth, improve marketing efficiency, and support business decisions.

This is a hands-on role combining advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, marketing attribution, and Business Intelligence. You will work closely with our Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize acquisition, retention, creative performance, and long-term customer value.

How You'll Contribute

You will take ownership of marketing analytics and predictive modeling, connecting acquisition, retention, and creative performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve business results.

• Marketing Performance & Attribution
• Analyze paid acquisition performance across multiple digital advertising channels
• Monitor key marketing metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
• Use Triple Whale and other analytics platforms to evaluate attribution, campaign effectiveness, and profitability
• Identify discrepancies between advertising platforms, attribution tools, and eCommerce sales data
• Analyze marketing incrementality and recommend improvements to budget allocation
