2) The base pay is $600 / month. Commissions are structured as follows: $25 / Qualified Lead + $100 / Closed Deal + 5% recurring commissions on the portfolio you build.

Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Representative.



The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective merchants, and managing a pipeline of leads. Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings, presenting Flux Payments’ value proposition, and scheduling product demonstrations with the sales team. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales to refine messaging, collecting feedback from prospects, and contributing to strategies that drive adoption of the platform. The Business Development Representative will also track activities and results in CRM tools and provide regular reporting on progress.

Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting and managing a high-activity outreach cadence.
• Demonstrated Sales and Business Development capabilities, including pipeline management and converting qualified leads
