Location: LATAM (Remote)

Why this role exists
This is a build and lead role: you’ll own SEO and AEO hands-on while building and managing the team that supports the function. At first, you’ll spend significant time setting the strategy, improving execution, and doing the work yourself. As the team grows, including the Sr. SEO Copywriter and future SEO hires, you’ll take on more coaching, delegation, quality management,

and team development while continuing to contribute directly as a hands-on player.

Responsibilities
You’ll own our SEO and AEO work hands-on while managing the growing SEO team. This means executing directly as the function is built and creating the structure, clarity, and support the team needs to succeed.

• Own the SEO + AEO roadmap. Set priorities, timelines, and KPIs. Take over existing work, improve the processes, and move the roadmap forward day to day.
• Build the content strategy. Lead keyword research, topic clustering, editorial briefs, and prioritization that connect organic content to business goals.
• Run technical SEO. Improve site architecture, crawling, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation.
• Build our AEO strategy. Improve how Viva is understood, cited, and found across AI search experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
