About the Role
ProcessQ is looking for an experienced and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The idóneo candidate will have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements.
The candidate should be comfortable working with different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099, and coordinating with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions,



and identify candidates whose technical skills and experience match the requirements.
• Recruit for various IT roles, including Software Developers, .NET Developers, Java Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and other technology positions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical experience, communication skills, availability, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Work with candidates and vendors across different engagement models, including W2, C2C, and 1099, as applicable.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates, collect feedback, and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Verify candidate details, employment history, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant information before submission.
