The Content Moderator role is essential in maintaining high-quality, safe, and engaging experiences across social media platforms. It applies content policies consistently, reviews reports of abuse, and enforces compliance with the platform's terms of use. This job requires strong judgment, adaptability, and emotional resilience, as the content moderator needs to identify subtle differences in digital communication and handle sensitive content in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and moderating content, enforcing policies, managing sensitive situations, collaborating with internal teams, using moderation tools, analyzing reports, and supporting crisis management efforts. Content moderators will also escalate issues and ensure performance aligns with KPIs. Additionally, they will participate in employee assistance programs and training to promote well-being while adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.

A Rater's daily routine begins with punctual arrival at their shift, ensuring adherence to their scheduled start time. Upon entering the operations area, they must validate security measures and check for any prohibited items. Throughout the shift, they engage in productive tasks such as reviewing their off line activities times, analyzing job using the provided requirements, and utilizing various resources like Policy, AI, Magnified Glass, and floor support to perform their duties efficiently.

They actively participate in engagement activities and stay up to date with any Time Warp adjustments and related reporting of novelties. During designated breaks and lunch periods, they ensure timely returns to their duties. Raters maintain strong communication by reviewing and managing emails, performing Boost reviews, and planning and communicating their leaves requests in advance.

They also stay aligned with policy updates and follow Lexus instructions while seeking support when needed. Consistently adhering to their schedule and making efficient use of available resources and times, such as coachings, DSU, wellness, Lexus, among others ensures the Rater's successful performance throughout the day.

Background Check & Onboarding
