Job Title: Client Services Associate

Salary Range: USD 1,200-1,500 per month.

About the Role

Take ownership of high-volume customer and vendor requests by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer tickets and transactions by phone and email.
- Follow up on billing and invoice inquiries.
- Verify data and resolve open customer or vendor items.

Qualifications

- 2+ years handling high-volume customer-service requests or transactions.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.




- High-school diploma.
- Advanced English and experience supporting customers by both phone and email.
- Billing, invoicing, vendor communication or account-management experience.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree.
