What you’ll be doing:

Sales Expert – Home services and mobile telephony.

Responsibilities include handling billing, plan changes, and sales.

Customers reach out regarding their bills the role involves resolving issues and offering additional services via chat.

Assist customers with their inquiries and issues.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.

Fast-paced adaptability The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

B2 + English level.

Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.

Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

Exceptional attention to detail

Training: 13:30 a 21:00. Monday to saturday |Nesting:

Production: 15:00-1:00 | 11:00-21:00 (2 days Off)

Salary

Training: COP $2.400.000 / MO

Production: COP $3.000.000 / MO
