In 2024, Localpayment entered into a strategic partnership with Aleph Group, a global technology and digital media company. This collaboration enhances our capabilities and reach, combining robust payment infrastructure with a broader digital ecosystem.

We are looking for a Banking & Partnership Manager to identify, build, and manage relationships with strategic partners and banking/financial institutions across integral markets. This role is key to ensuring Localpayment's product robustness and the proper setup, configuration, and connection of our banking infrastructure — bringing the best alliances with payment providers, cutting-edge technology platforms,



banks, and other players in the fintech industry.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in operations, business, banking operations with strong Banking and Partners network of connections with key players in the industry.
- At least 3 years of experience within fintech environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience/knowledge in payment rails.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of navigating institutional processes with persistence and ownership.
- Proficiency with digital tools and online banking systems.
