Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Implement scalable business logic, data access layers, and system integrations
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, ensuring data integrity in SQL Server (MSSQL)
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to security and coding standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including query optimization
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, clean code, and design patterns
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
- Ability to work in EST time zones
