Work week: Monday to Saturday

Active hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern

Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (required). Our leads are split about equally between the two.

Role Summary

You are the first point of contact for every lead that comes into the dealership. Your job is to respond quickly, build rapport in the lead's preferred language, get them to book an appointment or apply online, and follow up until they come to the store.

Responsibilities

- Respond to new leads right away
- Call and text every new lead as soon as they come in during active hours.
- Answer inbound calls and texts throughout the day.
- Guide each conversation toward booking an appointment or completing the online application.
- Follow up on all other leads
- Follow up at least twice a day with every open lead who hasn't responded or hasn't come in yet.
- Keep following up until the lead visits the store, applies, or clearly declines.
- Set appointments and drive store visits
- Book appointments in GHL and confirm the day and time with the lead.
- Send reminders so leads show up.




- Hand off to the sales team when the lead arrives at the store.
- Keep the CRM organized
- Update lead stages and statuses in GHL.
- Write a note on every opportunity after each contact: what was discussed, next step, and next follow-up.
- No lead should be left without a status or a next action.
- Weekly summary
- Send a summary every [Saturday evening] covering leads handled, appointments set,

appointments that showed, applications submitted, and sales closed.

Schedule and Expectations

- Active hours are 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- You do not need to sit at a computer all day. You must respond to incoming leads, complete your two daily follow-up rounds, and keep the CRM updated.
- Once those are done, you can keep working from your phone, answering calls and texts as they come in.

Weekly Performance Targets

- Minimum 10 to 15 appointments set per week
- Minimum 5 sales per week
