Most people find SoundNativ through a short video: someone hearing the difference between "walk" and "work" for the first time, or nailing the "th" they have been dodging for years. We want a lot more of those.

You will own creative output across paid and organic social, working directly with the founders. This is a hands-on role for someone scrappy, organised and comfortable shipping every single week.

What you'll do

- Own the creative pipeline across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Meta ads.
- Come up with concepts and write scripts for paid ads and organic posts.
- Find, brief and manage creators and UGC partners, from first message to payment.
- Edit videos yourself when speed matters, and use AI tools where they save time.
- Read the numbers in Meta, TikTok and our analytics, and double down on what works.
- Grow SoundNativ's own channels with consistent, useful pronunciation content.

Who you are

- A fast executor who can ship 10+ creatives a week without the quality slipping.
- You can tell a winning hook in the first two seconds.
- Organised. You can juggle a dozen creators and still hit every deadline.
- You give and take direct creative feedback without it getting personal.





Requirements

- 1+ years in creator marketing, performance creative, UGC or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience making short-form video: ads, UGC or organic.
- A portfolio of content you made or produced, with a sense of how it performed.

Nice to have

- Experience with consumer subscription apps or mobile growth.
- Happy to appear on camera now and then.
- Exposure to paid user acquisition.
- You speak more than one language. Our learners come from everywhere, and so should our content.
