Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Marketing

- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create engaging posts, Reels, and Stories aligned with brand messaging.
- Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar.
- Execute community engagement initiatives to increase visibility and audience growth.
- Monitor and report on content performance and lead generation metrics.
- Research and engage with relevant industry communities and online groups.
- Build relationships through educational, value-driven interactions.
- Identify, qualify, and track prospective leads.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress.
- Redesign and enhance client-facing proposals and marketing materials.
- Develop impactful case studies and success stories.
- Support the promotion of digital products, resources, and educational materials.
- Improve messaging and customer journey touchpoints to increase conversions.

Website & SEO Support

- Audit website content, user experience, and calls-to-action.




- Identify SEO opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Implement approved updates to increase visibility and lead generation.

Marketing Planning & Reporting

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track campaign performance and provide monthly reporting.
- Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong Canva and visual design skills with a polished, professional aesthetic.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
- Experience growing Instagram and Facebook accounts, including Reels.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and lead tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, medspa, healthcare, or professional services marketing.
- Familiarity with HoneyBook or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website management.
- Email marketing and campaign management experience.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and privacy considerations.
