Join a customer service team supporting clients through voice, email, and chat channels. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide timely solutions, follow up on requests, and deliver an outstanding service experience.
What youll do
Handle customer requests through phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
Follow up on customer cases and pending requests.
Manage and track questions, complaints, and claims.
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements
18 years old
Advanced English level B2




High school diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking abilities
