Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales Outreach
• Proactively contact prospective patients and inbound leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Follow up with potential patients to understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Nurture leads, maintain consistent communication, and identify opportunities to convert inquiries into booked consultations.




• Work toward patient acquisition and conversion targets while delivering a professional, patient-centered experience.

Patient Relationship Management
• Build trust and rapport with international patients throughout the sales journey.
• Communicate clinic services, treatment pathways, and next steps clearly and professionally, within the scope of approved information.
• Follow up with leads who have expressed interest and maintain engagement throughout the intake process.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversion progress in the CRM.
• Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up to minimize missed opportunities.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospective lead to scheduled patient.

Patient Coordination & Administration
• Schedule consultations and coordinate patient
