Unicity is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the brand’s development in Colombia and Latin America.
We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to take an idea from concept to final piece. This position will work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns and content to printed materials, events, and product launches, always maintaining the brand's identity and global standards.

Responsibilities
• Design graphic assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, web, presentations, printed materials, and events.
• Adapt general campaigns and materials for the Latin American market, maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop visual concepts and explore different creative solutions based on the needs of each project.
• Create and prepare final files for digital media and print.
• Work with photography, image retouching, composition, and product mockup creation.
• Incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI)



tools into the creative process to explore concepts, generate and edit images, and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and other internal teams to develop materials that meet specific objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organizing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Actively participate in creative reviews and be open to receiving and applying feedback.

Requirements
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally working with brands, in-house teams, or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating solid skills in composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience and knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
