A Day in the Life
The Finance function supports business decision-making through accurate financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. This team is responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting month-end activities, preparing financial analyses, and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

The Associate Accountant supports accounting and financial reporting activities by maintaining financial records, analyzing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.



This role works closely with finance team members to support routine accounting processes, reporting requirements, and period-end close activities. This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia and follows a Flex work arrangement, with an expectation of working from the office one day per week.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
· Prepare and maintain accounting records, journal entries, and supporting documentation for financial transactions
· Analyze financial information and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
· Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports
· Review financial data, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrective actions as needed
