Role Description The Remote Reservation Services Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for managing and coordinating client reservations across flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and related travel services. In this position, the coordinator communicates directly with clients to understand their preferences, confirm trip details, and provide timely updates on bookings and itinerary changes. The role involves working with travel suppliers and partners to secure availability, negotiate options when needed, and ensure all reservations are accurate and aligned with client expectations. Daily tasks include using reservation systems and online booking tools, maintaining organized records,



troubleshooting issues such as schedule changes or cancellations, and delivering responsive customer service through email, phone, and messaging platforms. The coordinator works remotely and collaborates with the broader Sweet Epic Travels team to support smooth operations and consistently high-quality travel experiences.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination skills, including managing multiple reservations, organizing itineraries, and ensuring seamless logistics across different travel components.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust with clients, interact with suppliers, and convey information clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities, such as handling workflows, tracking bookings, and maintaining accurate documentation in reservation and CRM systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and providing a positive, professional experience for travelers.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in travel planning or hospitality, proficiency with online booking platforms and standard office software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; postsecondary education or certifications in travel, tourism, or hospitality are a plus.
