Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedEpic Patient Access, RTE & Referrals Analystto join our healthcare IT team. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Patient Access suite, includingReal-Time Eligibility (RTE)andReferrals. The candidate will work closely with patient access, registration, scheduling, revenue cycle, and clinical teams to streamline patient intake, insurance verification, referral management, and front-end revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Patient Access, RTE, and Referrals applications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements from patient access, scheduling, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Patient Access enhancements and system changes.
