Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Case Manager to support personal injury cases throughout their full life cycle, from client intake and insurance claims through medical treatment, discovery, settlement, and resolution. In this role, you will keep case files organized, communicate with clients and third parties, monitor outstanding documentation, and provide attorneys with the information they need to move cases forward. You will make a meaningful daily impact by coordinating medical and insurance matters, supporting litigation activities,



and ensuring that deadlines and follow-ups are handled accurately. This opportunity is adecuado for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of responsibilities and works effectively with limited supervision.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (EST)(EDT) (United States of America)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Keeping attorneys and the legal team informed of important case developments.
- Drafting correspondence, emails, and other legal documents as requested.
- Organizing settlement documents and assisting with case closing activities.
- Assisting with calculating and documenting firm expenses as cases approach settlement.
- Maintaining records of outstanding liens and related correspondence.
- Obtaining supporting information and documentation from clients and third parties.
- Gathering and organizing documents and information required for discovery responses
