Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking guidance related to Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning.
This is a client-facing, conversation-driven role that directly impacts both the client experience and the firm's growth. The individuals and families who contact our firm are often overwhelmed, confused about complex planning issues, or anxious about protecting their assets and loved ones.
Schedule:




Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Conducting follow-up calls with prospective clients
- Qualifying prospective clients according to firm guidelines and established criteria
- Gathering and verifying financial, personal, and situational information accurately
- Delivering a professional and compassionate client experience during every interaction
- Following established systems, scripts, workflows, and training protocols
- Maintaining accurate and detailed CRM records and notes
- Scheduling consultations with attorneys and advisors when appropriate
- Identifying the nature of each caller's legal concerns
- Answering inbound calls promptly, professionally, and with empathy
