Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Physical Culture, or related fields. Specialization or Postgraduate degree in Sports Training, Sports Science, Sports Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years leading training processes, sports talent development, and coach supervision.
