We are looking for an experienced communications leader to head the Communications function for Tetra Pak in Latin America. As Communications Director, you will be a trusted business partner responsible for delivering strategic internal and external communications across the region, including Southern Cone, Andina, Central America and Mexico.
You will work closely with market leadership teams to support business priorities and strengthen Tetra Pak’s reputation among key stakeholders. Leading a small team and a network of external agencies, you will ensure that communications initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and are aligned with the company’s integral communications strategy.




You will also serve as a company spokesperson when required and report to the Vice President of Market Communications.
The role requires approximately 25-30% travel.
The successful candidate can be based in Bogota, Colombia; Polanco, Mexico or Panama City, Panama.
What You Will Do
- Lead communications across three core areas: internal communications; reputation management and public relations; and marketing communications;
- Lead the annual communications planning process, coordinating input from business strategy, marketing, sustainability, corporate affairs and other key functions;
- Develop an integrated communications plan that supports the markets’ business priorities and objectives while aligning with the company’s global communications strategy;
- Drive the implementation of the communications plan, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable, outcome-based performance;
