We are seeking an Academy & Apprentice Manager to lead and manage our early-career talent programs across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of Academy cohorts, graduate programs, internships, working student initiatives,



and apprenticeship programs while ensuring an outstanding learner experience from onboarding through graduation and beyond.
You will collaborate closely with learners, mentors, hiring leaders, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture teams to support talent development, monitor learner progress, and ensure our Academy programs continue to deliver meaningful outcomes for both individuals and the business.
What you'll do
- Early-Career Program Management: Manage Academy cohorts, graduate programs, internships, working student initiatives, and apprenticeship programs across the region while ensuring alignment with the integral Academy model, learner journey, and program standards.
- Learner Experience & Development: Act as the primary point of contact for learners throughout their Academy journey, supporting their development through regular check-ins, coaching conversations, readiness reviews, and ongoing guidance.
