About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the overall performance, operational health, and business growth of a business unit or program. This role is responsible for setting strategic goals, managing budgets and resources, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring business targets are achieved. The idóneo candidate will build and develop high-performing teams, lead strategic initiatives, influence key stakeholders, and leverage pipeline insights to support accurate revenue forecasting and long-term business success.

Responsibilities
- Manages the overall performance and health of a business unit or program. Sets strategic goals, defines KPIs, and is accountable for achieving business outcomes. Manages budget and resources.
- Responsible for the full employee lifecycle: hiring, performance management, and career development. Builds and develops a high-performing team and cultivates leadership talent.
- Makes strategic decisions that impact the team, program,



or business unit. Solves complex, ambiguous problems that may not have a defined process.
- Communicates business strategy, vision, and results to the team, stakeholders, and leadership. Influences other teams and senior leaders to secure resources and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Drives significant operational efficiency and sales effectiveness through the design and implementation of strategic projects, programs, or process re-engineering.
- Leverages knowledge of opportunity progression to assist in accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting. Is accountable for pipeline health and forecast accuracy for their assigned territory or accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, relevant Master's Degree is a plus
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of direct people management or complex program management
