Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a California Trust Administration Paralegal and play a vital role in supporting attorneys and clients through complex trust administration and conservatorship matters. This opportunity is idóneo for a legal professional who enjoys managing cases from start to finish, maintaining exceptional organization, and proactively driving progress without constant oversight. You will work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies, prepare legal documents, coordinate court filings, and ensure important deadlines are met.

- Conducting legal research and case analysis related to trust administration, probate, and conservatorship matters
