Midfield Realty is seeking a detail-driven Transaction Coordinator to own paperwork, documentation, and the closing process for every deal from listing to close. You’ll be the main point of contact for sellers, ensuring accuracy and deadlines across all financials and contracts.
You’ll coordinate data room setup, LOIs, inspections, appraisals, and closing logistics, while communicating with lenders, title companies, and our in-house team to move deals forward efficiently.
