Role Overview
Join Job Duck as an Executive Financial Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting executive leadership while helping drive the accuracy, efficiency, and success of key financial operations. In this position, you will combine high level administrative support with financial reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination in a fast paced legal environment. Your work will directly impact reporting accuracy, revenue performance, collections tracking, and organizational effectiveness by ensuring critical projects, financial data,



and executive priorities remain organized and on schedule. The idóneo candidate is naturally proactive, highly analytical, exceptionally detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information, financial systems, and emerging technologies. Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Utilizing approved AI platforms to improve administrative, financial, research, reporting, and operational workflows
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Chair
- Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, correspondence, and follow-up items
- Preparing agendas, meeting materials, reports, presentations, and business documents
