Andium Homes is seeking an Income Recovery Administrator to support the Income Recovery Team. You will manage the team’s work tray and shared inbox, and perform routine rent account administration to keep our housing programme running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include processing Income Support amendments, Direct Debit changes, refunds and client account checks with accuracy and speed, helping ensure timely rent collection and compliance across the portfolio.
