About the Role
Allied Global is looking for an experienced Bilingual Level 2 IT Technician to join an established technical support team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on troubleshooting experience, strong customer service skills, and full professional fluency in both French and English.
You will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, manage support tickets, and collaborate with a technical team to ensure efficient service delivery in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Manage support tickets, resolve technical incidents, and escape issues when necessary.
- Work with Autotask/Datto and established IT service management processes.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical information accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to support daily operations and service requests.
- Communicate professionally with users and team members in both French and English.

Requirements




- Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Technician or IT Support Engineer.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken - mandatory.
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or client-facing IT support is highly preferred.
- Experience with Autotask and/or Datto is a strong advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ticket management skills.
- Ability to handle Level 1.5 and Level 2 technical issues.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a technical team.
- Professional fluency in BOTH French and English is required. Candidates who do not meet both language requirements will not be considered.
