Role Overview
At Job Duck, we are looking for an Intake and Scheduling Coordinator who is passionate about helping potential clients feel supported from their very first interaction. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, guiding prospective clients through the intake process, scheduling consultations, collecting payments, and maintaining consistent follow up. You will work closely with the legal team to ensure every lead receives timely attention and exceptional service. The adecuado candidate is tech-savvy, highly communicative, trainable,

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and next steps.
- Tracking lead activity and intake progress within the CRM.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with prospective clients and inmates.
- Sending intake forms and required documentation.
- Coordinating consultations and calls with correctional facilities.
- Following up with prospective clients after initial inquiries.
- Processing payments through LawPay.
- Supporting the legal team with administrative and client service tasks.
