The Qualifications We Seek
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume client service environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, triage work,
