Are you an experienced Sales professional who has worked ON BOARD a cruise ship ?
We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Cruise Vacation Sales Agent to join our team in Bogotá.
We are specifically looking for candidates with verifiable sales experience in the cruise industry , particularly professionals who have worked on board cruise ships selling vacation packages, excursions, onboard products, upgrades, or related travel services.

ONBOARD CRUISE EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY RELEVANT FOR THIS POSITION.
- Fluent English & Spanish – spoken and written.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in cruise sales or tourism sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with previous ONBOARD cruise ship experience.
- Experience selling vacation packages, cruises, excursions, upgrades,
travel products or related services.
- Strong sales mindset, negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
IMPORTANT
This is not a customer service-only position.
Candidates must have verifiable sales experience within the tourism/cruise industry. Experience working onboard a cruise ship in a sales position will be especially valuable for this role.
What we offer
Base Salary: $3,200,000 COP + commissions
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Operation Hours: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Location: North Bogotá – On Site
