Foremark Legal is looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the U.S. legal market. If you're customer-focused, empathetic, and experienced in intake, qualification, and client support, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Conduct intake interviews and evaluate potential legal claims
- Gather and document critical case information
- Guide clients through the onboarding process
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Legal Intake, Client Intake, Case Evaluation, or a similar client-facing legal role
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients and legal processes
- Advanced English (C1-C2) required; Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
