About the Role
EA Sports is looking for a Quality Lead Tester to join its quality assurance team. The role involves leading and coordinating the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software, while supporting quality and process improvements. The position is central to maintaining EA Sports' commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Support quality and process improvements along with the leadership team.
- Complete test scenarios and identify new testing scope.
- Complete regression test scenarios based on project complexity.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms.
- 2+ years' experience of test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes.
- Expertise in testing methodologies, tools,



and leadership.
- An understanding of game development and interdisciplinary dependencies.
- Designed and executed robust test cases and test suites.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills
- Basic proficiency in test automation.
