TripleTen is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Latin America team to guide new students from payment to first sprint, keep them motivated, answer concerns, and remove blockers. This is not a sales role, but it requires a salesperson's touch to handle objections and secure the next step.
Role is 100% remote, full-time, with a base of 600 USD gross per month plus a KPI-based monthly bonus. Shifts are 5/2 with rotating weekend coverage; experience with HubSpot and CRM is a plus.
