As the Operations Coordinator, you will plan and execute the logistics requirements for the successful export and import of customer orders, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service while working within STC’s Quality Management System.

What you will be doing
As an Operations Coordinator,
you will be responsible for efficiently managing day-to-day operational activities that connect customers, suppliers, and internal teams across the logistics chain. You will handle customer bookings received through multiple channels, ensure accurate and timely export and import documentation, and oversee precise execution of invoicing in line with STC’s procedures and customer-specific requirements. You will also play a key role in issue resolution, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, assisting Operations Team Leads with projects, maintaining close communication with local operational teams, and ensuring that all operations follow safety regulations while embodying STC’s mission and vision.
