About the Role
As a Legal Assistant supporting Citizenship, Adjustment of Status, SIJ-SAPCR, Removal of Conditions, and CPS matters, you will work closely with attorneys to keep cases organized, accurate, and moving forward. You will support everything from immigration forms and affidavits to CPS motions, orders, client communications, and application monitoring.
This role is especially well suited to someone who already understands U.S. immigration casework and wants to deepen their knowledge across multiple practice areas.



You will receive ongoing guidance from attorneys and senior legal staff while taking meaningful ownership of case preparation, deadlines, documentation, and client coordination.
Responsibilities
• Support attorneys in preparing and managing Citizenship/Naturalization, Adjustment of Status, SIJ-SAPCR, Removal of Conditions, and CPS matters from intake through key case milestones.
• Prepare immigration forms, petitions, affidavits, supporting evidence, correspondence, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Draft and organize motions, proposed orders, and supporting materials for CPS matters under attorney guidance.
• Maintain complete and accurate case files, databases, calendars, and supporting documentation so attorneys can quickly understand case status and next steps.
• Monitor filed applications, court dates, case deadlines, interviews, hearings, and other time-sensitive requirements.
