About the RoleWe’re looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business for a healthcare staffing services provider. In this role, you’ll connect with dental and medical clinic owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers across the United States to introduce staffing solutions and build long-term employer relationships.
You’ll manage outbound prospecting, present trained graduates for administrative and patient-facing roles, negotiate placement fees, and coordinate job orders with the internal team. This position is idóneo for a confident, organized sales professional who understands healthcare office operations and can turn cold outreach into lasting business opportunities.

What You’ll OwnOutbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Make high-volume cold calls to dental and medical clinics across the United States.
• Introduce staffing services, identify hiring needs, and qualify prospective employer accounts.




• Follow up consistently with prospects to generate new business opportunities.

Candidate Pitching & Solution Selling
• Present trained graduates for front desk, patient coordinator, treatment coordinator, and administrative positions.
• Match candidate profiles to employer requirements and communicate their value clearly in English and Spanish.
• Address objections and guide prospective clients toward a hiring agreement.

Job Order Management
• Gather detailed job orders and clarify role requirements, timelines, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure suitable candidates are presented promptly.
• Manage multiple open job orders while maintaining consistent prospecting activity.

Negotiation & Account Development
• Negotiate placement fees and service agreements with employers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinic owners, office managers, and hirin
